First you need to determine if one of your accounts is doing the spamming or if your server is being used as a pass through. You need to check your logs.

We had our socks port open and it was used by a spammer. As we were working on trying to figure out how we were being used to relay we got reported to a clearing house which black listed us. It took us a couple of days to secure our server. But it took three weeks before we were taken off of the black list. This is a common problem and there should be lots of information in the sambar archives.
