Try changing the session Cookie in the config.ini from userip to:
Session Cookie = serverip
While you are logged into webmail, outlook may not see all of the inbox messages
(sambar may have it locked). Make sure you log out when you are finished with Webmail.

I can log into another Sambar webmail server without any problems. I am
also experiencing problems getting mail through POP3 on my problem server.
I get some mail but not all with Outlook express. Sambar is getting all of
the mail just not letting Outlook retrieve all of it. No pattern here.
Once I restart Samabr things seem to work fine for a short while. I am not
sure what is going on.
