Mostly this problem occurs when your ISP has changed something,  their DNS
server has a problem or is down.

Hi,
I have been unning the Sambar mail server for a while without any problems.
I have been using the internal MTA for remote mail delivery. All of a sudden
it stopped working and I cannot find out why. It appears as if the sambar
server cannot connect to the DNS servers. I have configured the DNS
addresses in the config.ini file and they are the same addresses that are
configure in the NT TCP/IP settings. At the moment I have had to connect to
another SMTP server to send emails. All other functions of the sambar server
seem to be working fine.
I was running Sambar 5.0 and tried upgrading (version 5.2 production) to get
rid of the problem to no avail. The MTA test page also does not work.
Anyone have any ideas?
