Can someone explain how this is working?

Do the Sambar server chek all the rbl adresses in the mail.ini every time it recieve a 
mail? What happens if one of the abl adresses is wrong = no connection?

Can any of you get it working? I have set it up on my server with a lot of the rbl 
adresses from this tread - but I haven't seen one mail in my spam folder yet - but 
severel in my inbox :(
