You can change it in the configuration or in config.ini
Maximum Content-Length = 100000
You may be stuck with that directory. I've had it happen with just regular
names and the round-about way I've had to do to get rid of it will mess up
your permissions and admin account. If you haven't been able to get rid of
it by normal means, I'd just let it go; eventually you'll mess something up
and it will strip the lock off of it :-)
