Have you tried this?
Drop into a cmd prompt, cd to the directory, and then do a short file name
list of the directory.
dir /x

now you can delete using the short file names.  dir /x will also list the
short names for directories, so you can cd into those also.

That folder is bugging me...   Did you try the deltree command? Or rd /s
command?
Also, how bout another file manager program?

BTW, I just got reminded of my episode. It was a bit differant. It was a
file and I used Kazza to get rid of it.  :)  Kazza, unfortunately, does not
include the folder name.  :(
