The Sambar List will not be your only problem if you are on a Blacklist. You will not
be getting or receiving mail from a geat many other servers as long as you are on the
blacklist. Talking Alex into "fixing it" so you can get and recieve Sambar List mail
is only one tiny place and as the ISP's make greater and greater use of blacklists
your problem will grow and grow. You definately won't be able to talk everybody into
fixing the problem for you.
