I know....  Your all watching the football game!   Well, when you get back to work, please enlighten me how to include a .htm page at the top of my index page. So I can have a menu at the top. I wasn't planning on this. Have tried for two hours to do it. I'll go tell zoneedit to go back to the old server for now till I can get this resolved. Here's my latest stab at it.   Planned to do this all today but did not forsee this issue.  So I've not even gotten out of the gate with it...

Would someone please clue me in why this works on an apache server I've been serving my site from and not my sambar server. I'm attempting to move myself back to my server.
