You haven't specified "What" doesn't actually work, so I'll take a few wild guesses.
If its the form field focus, this has nothing to do with the server but rather the
client. Since you didn't not include the form data, I also assume that you do have a
form=MyForm and a field called q..
If its the include of the menu.htm your looking for then you will need to pull it out
of comment lines and uses Sambars server include to do it. ie; <RCinclude>
