[sambar] mailing lists with attachements and "footer.txt" {01}

hello, all,
I think that this problem/bug is old but I don't know if there is an answer:

if I send an e-mail to a mailinglist with attachments, Sambar don't append "footer.txt" contents to that e-mail.

please tell me if it possible to turn around this issue, or it's a Sambar bug ....
