I installed 5.3p on my development server and uploaded a working site, making all the appropriate DNS changes.  I do a lot of Win32 compiled CGI apps and I configure them to run out of the /cgi-bin/ directory of the local domain (alias).  Interestingly, all the SSI calls to these apps work fine, but they all fail (can't find "prog.exe") on the server.  The executables are there, and even a simple "Hello World" type test app fails.    I reinstalled 5.2p and used the *exact* same configuration parameters and everything run perfectly.   Any ideas?  I see the new option "Run CGIs As...." but the development server is Win2k Pro, no DC on the LAN.   I'm stumped.  :(   --Joe ------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe please go to http://www.sambar.ch/list/
