If you don't want to accept the entire domain(add it to your locals) then how would 
mail ever arrive at your mail server for this domain. The the MX record for the domain 
would have to be pointed to your server which is already saying you accept the 
domain(entirely). So next step would be is just add it as a local then setup that 1 
mailbox as a fully qualified account.. Then that would be the only mailbox accepted 
for that domain (if your other mail accounts are fully qualified)
