I logged in as admin from webmail and in the To: input box I entered everyone and each person who had a mailbox got the test message. If you want those who do not have an mailbox but you host sites for I beliege you would need to setup a maillist.

From the Sambar60 Mail Server Documentation:

Mail all server users
The special mailbox everyone can be used to deliver a mail message to everyone who has a mailbox on the server. Only the system administrator can deliver a mail message to 'everyone' and the administrator must use SMTP AUTH to authenticate their identity.

But I have not tried it.

is there any way to send a mail to ALL local users (independant of domain and mailaddress)? would be useful for notifcations of down-time and such.
