The problem is the force ip bind unfortunately.

If I see your configuration right, you have a private network to
Computer to Internet.

   --> H --> C --> R -->
private net |  public net

use your  H -> C connection as your gateway and your C -> R
connection for your proxy address.

If you were to unbind the ip, you could use the H -> C
connection for the proxy address.  You can use the internet
sharing feature to automatically assign your gateway & address.
But use your connection properties on the Win2k to lock down
those NICs for more security.  Play around with it.
