I had the same problem when I upgraded. go into sambar\search\ directory and delete the files. then go into search.ini in your sambar\config\ directory and comment out your search indexes (just to be safe. Then your server should start. Notice that you may also have a problem with your mail server name. I'm not sure about this. See if you can get the server restarted first after fixing the search indexes.
