Sambar does not support these function, that you are asking. Moreover this kind of "Big Brother" Attitute and monitoring is illegal in almost all countries. Since, your company is based in Honk Kong and the fact that Hong Kong government is controled by the Chinese government, I am not at all surprised by your request. It may be your govenments regulation to monitor your employees :-(
Having said that: You may still be able to monitor all incomming emails by setting up aliases for each and every email account you have. Monitoring outgoing email's is another thing, thats not possible with sambar, without further developments.
