[sambar] Global removal of *.exe and *.pif attachments

As have I. The checking is done on my linux box. Going to have to have MailScanner make it a "silent" virus report. I'm tired of seeing it. I know that I have seen this but can't be sure before setting an absolute rule. My reason is that a few of my subscribers have found virus bombs in their mail and other equally bad things.
