Hello, My ISP provides me with a POP3 mailbox with different aliases. I use the POP3 fetcher to get them in separate mailboxes, which works fine.
But now I would like to make sambar use my spamfilter program (Spampal) which runs on the same machine and basically acts as a pop3 server, relaying the pop3 requests to the real pop3 server, and filtering the retrieved messages based on several rules (DNSBL, Bayesian, Regex,...) This requires that the pop3 fetcher connects to port 55110 on localhost. (actually almost any port will do, except 110, since i need that to get my mail of the sambar mail server) I can not find a way to configure the POP3 fetcher to get it from another port than the standard 110. Doe anybody have a solution for this? Thx, Tim.
