Rodney,
Virtual domains are based on the Host Header records. The name
www.KeepersOfThefaith.net is *not* the same as just KeeperOfTheFaith.net.
If you want both to work, you need to create 2 virtual domain records with
the same parameters. The www. portion of a URL simply defines the protocol
and is not explicitly needed in many cases.
