In the whitelst.flt file which is in the /mail/folder add a line like the following:

^From:[EMAIL PROTECTED]

this will allow anyone from "thedomain.com" to send mail to your server regardless of 
spam rules. I'm not sure if it will work with dnsbl listed ip's but try it anyway and 
let everyone know if it works.
