Basic tip, if the Document manager works the webfolders will work.
If myname.myhost.com is set up as a Vhost, then going to myname.myhost.com
should be working... but unless it's in your www directory then it won't
work trying to access it by the www address.

Did that make any sense?  How's this; is your WebDAV enabled?  Is "myname"
set up as a Vhost?  Provided that's okay I'm at a loss, I use webfolders a
lot.
