Just add "another domain" in Relay Domains in your mail.ini - and don't add it in 
Local Domains. Ex:

Relay Domains = *anotherdomain.com

You will find more information in /syshelp/mail.htm

And you got to have your MX record for "another domain" set up rigth... something like:

mail.primarymailserver.com [Preference = 10]
mail.yourmailserver.com [Preference = 20]
