It sounds to me like you just haven't instructed Internet Explorer to trust
Comodo.  I bet you wouldn't get that warning if you were using a Verisign
certificate.  Unfortunately, I can't tell you how to get IE to trust Comodo.
I'm using a long ago expired certificate for my own site (because I'm the
only one who uses SSL with it) so I get a warning no matter who the cert.
authority was.
