I was having the same problem when I had my router set to 1 but moving it
to 10 solved my problem completely. I have not had a crash, freeze, burp
or fart since so it makes me wonder if there is another setting that is
causing your problem. 

If you want to send me your config.ini less the license info and any other
personal data along with your mail.ini I'll have a look.
