create a dos batch file in c:\ maybe as "sambarres.bat" with:
net stop "sambar server"
net start "sambar server"

Then create a AT scheduler for it.

at 03:00:00 /every:M,T,W,Th,F,S,Su "c:\sambarres.bat"

I use this a lot with frequent task like moving files, kicking off command line perl
jobs that remove old data, log files, backups, etc..
