for the sXXXX.225 messages you must have the domains setup in your local mail domains 
list. For example abc.com would be in the list as *abc.com as a local domain. I also 
think that you'll need to have the allow localhost = True in your mail.ini

for the sXXXX.2518 messages, it looks to me like you tried sending to an invalid 
domain (but I could be wrong).
