Yes, download PHP - ISAPI  and install it into a directory. After reading
the instructions in the Server Documentation on how to setup the PHP - Go to
your system administration and click on the 'Mapping/Aliases' option - move
down to
 "ISAPI Extension Associations" and put " *.php " in the left box "
x:\phpfolder\sapi\php4isapi.dll " in the right box.

Reboot and it should start up if the ini is configured and installed
properly.
