Hi,
I am trying to use the "-s" options on the following..
This is my output for example:
samtools view 1.bam 1:50000000-50001000 | wc -l
385
samtools view -s 0.5 1.bam 1:50000000-50001000 | wc -l
192
samtools view -s 0.95 1.bam 1:50000000-50001000 | wc -l
0
Do you know why??
