Good afternoon:
Were the "-L" and "-c" options deliberately removed from the most recent
edition of samtools? If so, why? They seem to be useful enough tools which work
pretty well. I've been able to get to them by rewinding to v0.1.17 and
v.0.1.18. I'm mostly just curious.
