Hi,
I am writing this letter to ask you something about Picard. Firstly, I can
not download the picard-tools-1.123 or any other version, when I try to do this
,it shows :
Error response
Error code 502.
Message: ['HTTP Error 500: Internal Server Error', 'HTTP Error 500: Internal
Server Error', 'HTTP Error 500: Internal Server Error'].
Error code explanation: 502 = Invalid responses from another server/proxy..
Would you please tell me what I should do to download it ?
Secondly, I am going to buy a server analyze my data by Picard, my data
including about 40 patients' genome-wide exons data,each data are about 2GB.
But I find it diffcult to choose a suitable server for using Picard.Would you
please give me some advice such as CPU speed,memory size, hard drive or other
important parameters for using it?
