Dear all I am running samtools mpileup and bcftools call for variant calling over multiple matched bam files. I want to run bcftools gtcheck to get concordance, but I get no results. It works fine if I use old (0.19) samtools and bcftools. It seems that the problem is the missing DP in FORMAT fields. Bcftools call had additional fields to output but DP is not one of them. Is this a bug for gtcheck or call, or none.
