Hello,

We have faced the G>T artefact in our targetted sequencing experiments and
would like to try to implement your recent feature CollectOxoGMetrics.
Which value should I look at to set a threshold of what is an acceptable value
and what is a problematic sample? Also, which threshold value should be used?

Thanks for your help!
N.
