Hello all, Could anyone give me any idea when version 1.3.1 would be released?
I was using version 1.1 of samtools mpileup, but it exited abnormally after the following warning: "[bam_plp_destroy] memory leak: 45. Continue anyway." Reading a post about the same warning in https://www.biostars.org/p/173354/, I realized that the fix is already on the development branch. However, I would like to update to a released version rather than to a specific commit. I assume that the fix will be included in 1.3.1, judging from a label for the github issue, (https://github.com/samtools/htslib/issues/299). Any information is much appreciated.
