Sandesha does not work with Apache2 httpd module of Axis2/C

If I run apache web server in the normal mode (httpd -k start) it runs into
trouble when RM is engaged and RM samples fail.
With the debug mode (httpd -X) it works to some extent.
I think this problem is related to threading
