I think you meant INORDER and EXACTLYONCE because ATMOSTONCE and
ATLEASTONCE are subconditions.

Currently Sandesha provides only INORDER AT MOST ONCE quality of
service only.
As you can see all other are just a sub conditions of the above and we
welcome any help to modify the code so that the QoS level can be
selected by the user.
