Build breaks in Sandesha2 Java

There are currently 3 types of build break in the code, all apparently caused
by upstream Axis2 changes
- Sandesha2TransportSender needs an empty impl of the flowComplete() method
- ServiceClient no longer has the finalizeInvoke() method, so we need to update
our test code
- OutInAxisOperation no longer defines the USE_CUSTOM_LISTNER constant
