Database updates need to be improved

When the msg_ctx is storing in the database the soap envelope is serialized and
stored. Now if a property in a msg_ctx is changed and need to update the
database again withoout checking the whole message table is updated. This
includes serializing the soap message again. This is a performance lost and it
should be improved.
