                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SANDESHA2C-39
             Project: Sandesha2/C
          Issue Type: Bug
Environment: MS Windows, MySQL Server 5.0
            Reporter: Senaka Fernando

When built with mysql and when mysql-bin is not on PATH, no appropriate error
message is seen. This is quite unreasonable in terms of a user who'd be
wondering why the server wont start as there is not even a trace that the issue
is caused by sandesha.
And, making the problem worse it sometimes shows that previously loaded local
modules being shutdown making the user wonder whether the module that was
shutdown caused this issue.
