When create_seq_res message arrives, it mark all 'do not send' marked messages
as send true. But there is a possiblity that a message is sent from the client
application just after this marking is done and before
SANDESHA2_SEQ_PROP_OUT_SEQ_ID property is updated. To solve this problem I
withhold inserting the application sender beans to database until the
create_seq_res message arrives and SANDESHA2_SEQ_PROP_OUT_SEQ_ID property is
updated.
