CreateSequenceResponse not processed when using Rampart

branch. Sandehsa2 configured for Relay-model

Hi!
When combining Rampart with Sandesha2, and using Replay model, the
CreateSequenceResponse does not seem to be processed, and the session is never
initiated.
I will run a few more tests to verify if this is really a problem or it is
caused by Rampart/local configuration.
