Hi I've spent a little bit of time looking through the trace and can see the following.
DEBUG [2008-09-11 15:59:05,437] Enter: SandeshaOutHandler::invoke, <soapenv:Header xmlns:soapenv="http://www.w3.org/2003/05/soap-envelope" /> This is at line 1573. This is the CreateSequenceResponse message being sent back to the client. As far as I can make out this has been successfully sent. Based on your comments below this message is never making it back to the client. If you are interested in the details of how this part is working - take a look at the CreateSeqMsgProcessor .processInMessage. In the trace you can see that exit without any problems. I guess the next step is to see the output from tcpmon - both the request and what is sent on the back channel as a response. There may be a problem with the client not processing the CSR message properly. Or the message may never have actually hit the wire. There is one other observation that I made - that was that it appeared as though there was an offer made by the client for a response sequence - but the offered sequence id was null. I can't be absolutely sure - but looking at the RMSBean it seems as though we have an offered endpoint, but not an offered sequence id, but the tcp mon output would clear that up as to what value was actually set. I turned on trace logging, and the attached is a snippet of what showed up in the logs. The start of the log is, as best I can tell, the first DEBUG message written when I ran the client. The sequence of log messages seems to repeat over and over, but I can't be sure. Being very unfamiliar with the processing and certainly the code, I had a hard time interpreting the log beyond the basic flow of messages. Maybe you or someone else can find the painful needle in the haystack! By the way, there is a NPE thrown in here, but the WSO2 adminui appears in the stack trace, so I suspect that has to do with the WSO2 UI and is not related to the problem at-hand. Thanks much. --Scott -----Original Message----- From: David Illsley [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Monday, September 08, 2008 12:43 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: Issues with WSRM 1.1 "single channel" messaging OK, the server must be having a problem with the CreateSequence message. I'd suggest you turn on logging/trace in the server which should show the messages arriving and any failures during processing. It's a standard commons-logging set-up you need, though it's a while since I've done it so I can't be more specific. When you've got it, please post it to the list and I'll be happy to take a look.
