Hi,
Hi Vittorio Update Sane Your device is perfectly supported with WIFI/Network. You have full support with AirPrint/AirScan. sudo add-apt-repository ppa:rolfbensch/sane-git sudo apt update sudo apt install libsane libsane-common sane-utils Thierry
I'm trying to resolve this issue: I have a Ricoh SP3710SF MFP connected to my LAN (domestic) My OS i Ubuntu-Mate 18.04 LTS 64bit. I installed printer and scanner drivers from ricoh offcial site, and printer works fine. Only I can't scan from the network. scanimage -L doesn't find my MFP. I took a look in file "sp_330_3710_series.conf " (in /etc/sane.d/) I suppose MFP can run scan from network. This is the contents of file: ___________________________________ _#how many VID/PID_ _nID 1_ _usb 0x05CA 0x0463_ _#_ _#net identifier_ _#ipv4 10.42.3.74 _ # __________________________________ any ideas ?
