This one looks weird: Err:9 https://launchpad.net/~sane-project/+archive/ubuntu/sane-release bionic Release 404 Not Found [IP: 91.189.89.223 443] ...so it looks like you have an additional bogus repo definition somewhere. Perhaps look for it in /etc/apt: grep -ri "sane-project" . ...and if you find something, nuke it. It looks like it can be recognised by the "~sane-project" part. Cheers, Ralph
