Yes, it worked that way. I digged a bit. It looks like the scanner is returning the wrong identity at the MDL part:
[23:30:31.029950] [bjnp] get_scanner_id: Scanner identity string = MFG:CANON;CMD:MFNP1,MultiPASS 2.1;MDL:Canon MF110/910 Series;CLS:IMG;DES:Canon MF110/910 Series; - length = 96
parse_IEEE1284_to_model function expects something like "MDL:MF110", but here is "MDL:Canon MF110/910 Series". -- Mekras
