You can get it by first going to https://github.com/alexpevzner/sane-airscan and moving on to https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/pzz/xUbuntu_20.04/amd64/ to install ipp-usb and sane-airscan. Now give scanimage -L after disconnecting and reconnecting the device to USB.
