Nearly all all the intelligent code (95%?) was in the libraries, mustek_usb2.c was only something like a wrapper arround these libraries. I don't want to distribute them separately. Furher more, these libraries are always named the same way for different backends (e.g. libasic.so). And i also don't like SANE to install separate "helper" libraries in addition to the backend itself. The code of the libraries is now mostly in mustek_usb2_asic.c and mustek_usb2_high.c. > Unless I'm mistaken, these variables can go into the sane handle. The ones in mustek_usb2.c for sure.
