This is really strange, since sane-find-scanner and the UMAX backend
calls the same function (sanei_scsi_find_devices) to find SCSI
devices on MacOS X.
Just to make sure it is not a bug in some other backend that
interferes, could you disable all other backends than umax in dll.conf.
