Dear all, I wrote a message earlier giving errors with the fujitsu backend on compilation, but the message appears lost from my Gmail account. As it happens, installing the package scsitools installed sg3-* packages which and the errors have disappeared---now TeX font errors stop compilation. Installed more TeX packages for fonts, and all was fine.
