Then for ur information now let me tell you, before discussing about this chat: Some of the great facts about Amit, if u dare to read the google group mails. - It is Amit who started this organisation for providing a platform to youth so that they can come together and work for the cause of country. - It is Amit who has given freedom to all members and volunteers to innovate and implement their own ideas- no president gives so much of freedom to any member or volunteer. and for you also, today u have dared to write here openly in this forum ;i.e also due to Amit that you are able to raise question on his credibility. - It is Amit's transparency and the environment Amit has created in the organisation that you could talk with him on chats- go and ask in how many organisation just a 3-4 month old volunteer is able to talk with president directly and so informally and in a friendly manner which is shown in ur chat. - It is Amit who is sponsoring many of activities of organisation when many people show irresponsibility towards contributing their membership fees and Organisation is short of funds. - It is Amit when Sanskaari get divided in groups, who bind them by showing them value of Team spirit. - It is Amit when many of irresponsible people like you let a female go in slum alone but Amit come and help that female and motivate her by helping her in the project. - It is Amit who is present in 95% of activities. - It is Amit who manages all project heads. Now lets come to u n ur chat: 1. u r talking of professionalism, now from any of his talks, i have not found any of matter which was not professional; he talked again and again of same thing that we should talk face to face, and he also said sorry at one place. he has not misused any word. and where is ur professionalism, Mr Rohit Jain; u never replied to any of messages about ur participation in activities of Sanskaari, I think professionalism is taking responsibility of ur work and I hope u have joined in Sanskaari as a member and should I write here responsibilities of a member of Sanskaari: Let me write that also: - U have to submit ur membership fees on monthly basis regularly. - ask urself- have you done that?????????? - U have to be active on grounds. - ask urself- are you???????? - U have to be present in meetings. - ask yourself- were you??????? - U need to communicate in written for ur leave-ask urself- have you done that??????? 1. 2. u r talking of credibility, what credibility of ur words and behavior is?????? within 7hrs and 15 min, u were having whole of data related to Sanskaari for making website. after receiving , no words from ur side after my last mail at 12:45 am on 5th Sep, whether you need any help or thanx, u dont have such a courtesy even that i did all the work within a few hours of ur mail. i hope u can understand whats the need of organisation if some one is giving that matter in few hours; that anyone can understand from mail that urgency and fast work is expected. and you returned back after 27 days for selecting the template. and during that period no calls , no replies to google alert and sms alert, and what u r in organisation; not a member till now. coz as per our memorandum, if a person is not submitting membership fees for three months, his membership can be terminated. So how can we rely on ur credibility. So many people came in organisation like you who do big big promises and then become invisible like you did. and you are raising question on Amit's credibility. 3. U r talking of transparency, now how much transparency you want Mr Rohit Jain: everything is available on google group and sanskaari alert. only thing is after transparency only people like you become invisible. U r talking of me that how I started this website making, then I tell you, from last two years, so many people came with big big promises and then turned out from taking their responsibility, and from last two years every one is witness in organisation, whenever any project was left as such without leadership, I took responsibilty of that project.
