If anyone in your near & dear ones are going for buying crackers this diwali
then you can ask thm to go for Eco friendly crackers... yes these type of
crackers exist. They emit less smoke & noise and are enjoyable too. Although
the best is to "Say No to crackers" but still to all the wandering souls you
can suggest these crackers. They are available at following Shops:
1.Ved Prakash Mittal
Sarojini Ngr.(I don't hv the shop no. but its famous so any1 cn tell once u
enter ino the mkt.)
2. Umesh Fire Works

3. Jai Kishan Fire Works

South Delhi
4. Mayur Fire Works

I am still unable to to find a shop in nrth zone. And in any case you can call
just dial @22222222 to find a shop near your location.

This was suddenly organised... We went to the school and they asked us to give
a presentation on Diwali... So we did dat... We wanted to take time for a

Hello everyone,
Today (24th Oct 08) SWS Green Team carried out a Green Awareness Drive as a
part of our "Green Diwali Campaign 2008" in Modern Public School, Shalimar
Bagh, New Delhi where we addressed over 30 students of Eco-club of the school.
Our posters were put on all important locations within the school premises to
make more and more people aware for the same.
We explained them how to celebrate a Green Diwali this year with the help of
eco-friendly crackers.
Nakul and Anubhav were present there.
